At Tulsa Fertility Center (TFC), we believe that all couples deserve the kind of treatment that makes the most of their chances for having a baby. There are a wide range of infertility treatments available, of which in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is only one option.

We understand that when IVF is the best option, the costs associated with it can be a challenge. TFC offers two innovative IVF payment plans to help lessen the financial burden and maximize chances for success, without compromising the high quality, individualized care that you'll receive.

1 + 1 Advantage Prime Plan

• One Complete IVF Cycle

• One Frozen Embryo Transfer cycle

• Embryo storage fee waived for the term of the Plan ... 6 months.

• One all inclusive price

• Financing is available for the 1+1 Advantage Prime Plan

• Medications and one time anesthesia fee are NOT included in the Plan

• Patients voluntarily forego insurance billing for services rendered under the Plan

By purchasing this plan you pay significantly less than when purchasing a fresh and frozen cycle. individually.

Cryopreservation of embryos - Please be aware on a rare occasion, some patients do not have embryos to freeze.

When the 1 + 1 Advantage Plan is purchased, you undergo one complete IVF treatment cycle, and if that cycle results in a pregnancy, and you carry that pregnancy to 20 weeks, you have completed the Plan for the amount you paid. If you do not achieve a pregnancy you are then eligible to undergo a frozen embryo transfer cycle, providing you had embryos to freeze from your fresh cycle at no additional cost.

By purchasing the all inclusive 1+1 Prime Advantage Plan you save approximately 50% on the frozen embryo transfer. Plus the added advantage of knowing in advance what the fixed price will be for the services provided under the Plan.

The 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan
 

The 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan allows qualifying patients to receive up to two (2) complete IVF treatment cycles for a fixed, discounted fee.

• One inclusive price is charged for services included under the Plan

• Each "IVF treatment cycle" includes one retrieval procedure, transfer and up to 2 additional frozen embryo transfers, providing embryo count is sufficient.

• If the fresh embryo transfer does not result in a pregnancy, the Plan includes 2 frozen embryo transfers if needed to achieve a pregnancy or deplete the embryos, whichever comes first.

• Financing is available for the 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan.

• Medications and a maximum of (2) anesthesia fees are not included.

• There may be extra costs for specialized services not included in the Plan; these will be disclosed in advance, if possible.

• Patients voluntarily forego insurance billing for services rendered under the Plan.

When the 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan is purchased, you undergo one complete IVF treatment cycle, and if that cycle results in a pregnancy, you have completed the Plan for the amount you paid. If you do not achieve pregnancy, you receive a second complete IVF treatment cycle without paying any more money. Thus, if you receive 2 complete IVF treatment cycles under this Plan, you will have paid significantly less than if you had purchased the treatment cycles one at a time.

By undergoing up to 2 fresh IVF treatment cycles and 4 FET cycles, your chances of having a baby are maximized.

Plus, there is the added advantage of knowing in advance what the fixed price will be for the services provided under the Plan.

Full payment for the selected IVF Advantage Plan is required prior to starting the first IVF treatment cycle. Financing is available.
