You Can Afford IVF

At Tulsa Fertility Center (TFC), we believe that all couples deserve the kind of treatment that makes the most of their chances for having a baby -- at a fair price.  There are a wide range of infertility treatments available, of which in-vitro fertilization (IVF) is only one option.  We understand that when IVF is the best option, the costs associated with it can be a challenge.  TFC offers two innovative IVF payment plans to help lessen the financial burden and maximize chances for success, without compromising the high quality, individualized care that you'll receive.

The 3-Cycle IVF Refund Advantage Plan

The 3-Cycle IVF Refund Advantage Plan allows medically qualifying patients to receive a refund of 70% of professional and laboratory services associated with the IVF treatment cycle if the treatment cycle does not result in a pregnancy.

• Qualifying patients receive up to three (3) complete IVF treatment cycles under the Plan.
• Each IVF treatment cycle includes an initial egg retrieval procedure and subsequent transfers.
• If the fresh embryo transfer does not result in a pregnancy, the Plan includes as many frozen embryo transfers required to achieve pregnancy or deplete the embryos associated with the egg retrieval.
• Patients who do not achieve pregnancy under the Plan will receive a 70% refund.
• Medications are not included in the Plan as medication requirements vary among individual patients.
• There may be extra costs for specialized and other services not included in the Plan, these too, are fairly priced and will be disclosed in advance.
• Patients voluntarily forego insurance billing for services provided under the Plan.
• Financing is available for the 3-Cycle IVF Refund Advantage Plan.

When the 3-Cycle IVF Refund Advantage Plan is purchased, you undergo one complete IVF treatment cycle, and if that cycle results in a pregnancy, you have completed the Plan for the amount you paid.  If you do not achieve pregnancy, you receive a second complete IVF treatment cycle without paying any more money; and if you do not achieve pregnancy on the second cycle, you receive a third complete IVF treatment cycle without paying any more money.
 

By undergoing up to 3 complete IVF treatment cycles, your chances of having a baby are maximized because the transfer of frozen embryos is also included in the Plan.
 

Patients who undergo all three (3) complete IVF cycles and still do not achieve a pregnancy receive a refund of 70% of the Plan fee.
 

The 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan

The 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan allows qualifying patients to receive up to two (2) complete IVF treatment cycles for a fixed, discounted fee.

• One inclusive price is charged for services included under the Plan.
• Each IVF treatment cycle includes a single egg retrieval procedure and
• If the fresh embryo transfer does not result in a pregnancy, the Plan includes as many frozen embryo transfers required to achieve pregnancy or deplete the embryos associated with the egg retrieval.
• Medications are not included in the Plan as medication requirements vary among individual patients.
• There may be extra costs for specialized and other services not included in the Plan; these too, are fairly priced and will be disclosed in advance.
• Patients voluntarily forego insurance billing for services rendered under the Plan.
• Financing is available for the 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan.

When the 2-Cycle IVF Value Advantage Plan is purchased, you undergo one complete IVF treatment cycle, and if that cycle results in a pregnancy, you have completed the Plan for the amount you paid.  If you do not achieve pregnancy, you receive a second complete IVF treatment cycle without paying any more money. Thus, if you receive 2 complete IVF treatment cycles under this Plan, you will have paid significantly less than if you had purchased the treatment cycles one at a time.

Like the 3-Cycle IVF Refund Advantage Plan, by undergoing up to 2 complete IVF treatment cycles, your chances of having a baby are maximized because the transfer of frozen embryos is also included in the Plan.

Plus, there is the added advantage of knowing in advance what the firm, fixed price will be for the services provided under the Plan.

Financing Assistance

Full payment for the selected IVF Advantage Plan is required prior to starting the first IVF treatment cycle.  Medical Financing is available.
